Job Overview:

Aaroha Developers is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations for our real estate development projects in Goa. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with vendors and labor teams, ensure work quality, and handle client or lead inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liasoning work also needs to be taken care of

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.

• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely project progress.

• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

• Maintain daily work reports and update the management team on progress.

• Handle incoming clients and lead calls professionally.

• Ensure smooth communication between the office, the site, and the clients.

• Manage material procurement and site inventory as required.

• Resolve site-related issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or real estate project management.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp updates, and project reporting.

• Must be based in Goa.
