Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site.

• Monitor labor, materials, and work progress to ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers on-site.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly progress reports with management.

• Resolve site-level issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Minimum 1 years of job experience (Construction industry experience preferred).

• Must own a smartphone for reporting and coordination.

• Candidates with their own 2-wheeler will be preferred (Fuel expenses will be reimbursed).

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle site challenges and ensure work quality.
