Job Description

Role Summary
The Site Supervisor will supervise the installation of aluminium windows and glass systems at project sites. Coordinate with Installation teams and contractors, and ensure work is completed as per timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Site Planning
● Check site readiness, opening sizes, access, and storage
● Coordinate installation schedule with the factory team Installation Supervision
● Supervise the installation of aluminium windows and glass systems
● Ensure proper alignment, levelling, anchoring, and finishing
● Check shutter operation, hardware fitting, and glass installation Site Team Management
● Supervise installers, fitters, and helpers
● Allocate work based on daily installation targets
● Ensure safety practices and site discipline Material Verification
● Verify frames, glass, and hardware received at the site
● Check for damages, shortages, or incorrect materials
● Ensure proper storage and safe handling of materials Client & Contractor Coordination
● Communicate with the Project or site in charge, contractors, and site engineers
● Resolve site issues related to installation
● Escalate technical or material problems to the factory team
Progress Tracking & Reporting
● Maintain daily site progress reports
● Track installed vs pending materials
● Maintain snag list and ensure closure before handover Requirements
● 2–3 years of experience in aluminium window/façade installation
● Diploma / ITI in Civil / Mechanical preferred
● Ability to manage and supervise on-site installation work
● Strong coordination with site teams and contractors
