We are looking for a Manufacturing Site Supervisor to join our team at Cominus Scientific. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 18,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervise daily sheet metal bending and fabrication activities.
*Operate and manage CNC/press brake bending machines and related equipment.
*Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings, dimensions, and bending details.
*Ensure correct bend angle, dimensions, bend allowance, and component accuracy.
*Plan and allocate work to operators and production workers.
*Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
*Inspect components during production and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
*Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, and Assembly teams.
*Identify production issues, rework, and material wastage and take corrective action.
*Maintain basic production records, job status, and machine utilization.
*Ensure proper handling and storage of sheet metal and finished components.
*Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping on the production floor.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and candidate must be a fresher in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
