Job Role : Team Leader

Work Location : BorgWarner Morse Systems India Private Limited - Perumalpattu, Tamil Nadu 600124

Experience : Experience candidate in the Quality Function ( Preferred : Incoming Quality)

Responsibilities :

1. Experience in Incoming Quality/Supplier Quality function.

2. Hands-on experience in Machining shop products commodity.

3. Experience in all type of Variable gauges.

4. Ability to prepare Quality standards; inspection reports; Quality Plan.

5. Good knowledge of inspection, measurement techniques, GD&T.

6. Ability to read Blueprints/Drawings.

7. Implementation of QMS in the shopfloor.

8. Good understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.

9.Supplier defect analysis and problem solving (8D).

10. Set clear team goals & Delegate tasks and set deadlines.

11. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

12.Excellent Team Handling Experience - Min team size of 25 Nos.

13.Good written & verbal communication skills.

14.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT to prepare reports.         

Other Requirement :

1. Aggressive Attitude;

2. Willing to stay near to the plant location.

3. Medically fitness mandatory

4. Work Discipline (Safety; Quality); 5.Working on General Shifts.

6. Own Bike mandatory for local travel

7. Communication on daily work management to Client SPOC person/ Team Leader

Monthly CTC : 30,000 - 35,000/-Rs

In Hand Salary : 25,000-30,000/-Rs

Food : YES

Transport : NO

Working Days : 6

Working Hours : 8 Hrs (Excluding Breaks)

Shift : General Shifts

Weekly Off : Sunday

Attendance bonus: For 100% attendance you will get 500/- Rs attendance bonus every month.
