Description of role:

Supervision of Operations and Worker monitoring for manufacturing of

Medium Voltage Switchgear panels and component manufacturing such as Vacuum Circuit Breakers, Current Transformers, Voltage Transformers & Resin Cast components.

Experience required:

Past experience in the same manufacturing industry or industries such as Moulding industries (example: Plastic moulding, metal casting etc.) or Mechanical industry (example: Machine tools, Automobile sector).

Having basic proficiency of Microsoft office, basic data reporting capabilities in email and whatsapp. Should have good communication skills for written English & Bengali and verbal English, Bengali & Hindi. Decision making capabilities related to operation planning & job offloading to workers.

Age: Preferably 40+ Male with previous work experience in the factory environment of manufacturing industry.

Job location: Factory in Joka.

Salary range: 20k-30k CTC depending on experience and candidate.
