Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Position: Civil Engineer (Wastewater & Interior Finishing Focus)

Location: ECL SP Mines Area, Deoghar

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer for our ongoing project at ECL SP Mines Area, Deoghar. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in wastewater-related civil works with a strong focus on finishing and interior execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and daily management of on-site labor

2. Conducting quality checks as per project standards

3. Executing work as per approved checklists and specifications

4. Preparing and managing material requisitions

5. Handling payments and records for labor contractors

6. Coordinating labor arrangements as needed

7. Liaising with the architect for timely drawing updates

8. Ensuring seamless handover to the client upon completion

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of site experience, especially in wastewater civil works

Excellent knowledge of construction finishing standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong team coordination and site management capabilities

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)
