Job Overview:

We are looking for a Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations and ensure that all products are packed efficiently, accurately, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing a packaging team and maintaining production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily packaging activities.

• Ensure packaging quality standards and safety protocols are maintained.

• Manage a team of packaging operators and helpers.

• Monitor packaging material inventory and coordinate with the store/purchase department for requirements.

• Maintain records of packaging output and wastage.

• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency.

• Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth workflow.

• Ensure timely dispatch readiness of finished goods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Graduate in any stream.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing industry.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of packaging machinery and materials.

• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
