Job Title: Supervisor – UPVC / Prefabrication

Location: Ezhichur, Oragadam, Kanchipuram.
Department: Operations / Projects
Reports To: Project Manager / Operations Head

Job Purpose:

To oversee and supervise the execution of UPVC and prefabrication projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The role requires technical expertise in mechanical/civil engineering and hands-on experience in real estate, structural building, or UPVC fabrication/installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for UPVC fabrication, installation, and prefabricated structure erection.

• Ensure project activities are executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve smooth project execution.

• Plan workforce, materials, and equipment requirements for projects.

• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports on work status.

• Conduct quality checks and resolve technical/site-related issues.

• Ensure adherence to timelines, minimize wastage, and optimize productivity.

• Train and guide site workers and technicians for efficient work practices.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BE (Mechanical / Civil Engineering) – Diploma candidates with strong field experience can also be considered.

• Experience: 1–5 years in real estate, structural building, UPVC fabrication/installation, or prefabrication projects.

• Knowledge of construction drawings, structural detailing, and installation techniques.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).

Added Advantage:

• Hands-on experience in UPVC fabrication/installation projects.

• Experience in real estate, site execution, and prefabricated building structures.
