Key Responsibilities of a Tender Executive:
Tender Management:
Identify tender opportunities (via portals, notifications, etc.)
Register and prepare necessary documentation for bidding.
Coordinate with various departments (legal, finance, technical) to gather required information.
Documentation:
Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Expression of Interest (EOI), etc.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
Maintain accurate records of all tender-related documents.
Communication:
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding tender queries.
Attend pre-bid meetings or site visits when required.
Coordination and Submission:
Ensure tenders are submitted correctly and on time.
