Manufacturing Site Supervisor

• Site Supervision & Execution

  • Oversee and manage daily construction activities on site to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.

  • Monitor infrastructure works such as roads, drainage, utilities, foundations, structural works, etc.

• Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and site labor to achieve daily and weekly work targets.

  • Ensure optimal resource allocation of manpower, materials, and machinery.

• Quality Assurance

  • Ensure construction quality in line with project specifications, checklists, and standard industry practices.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and raise issues immediately to prevent rework.

• Progress Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain daily site records including labor deployment, material usage, and work progress.

  • Submit daily and weekly reports to the Project Manager.

• Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce site safety rules and ensure all workers comply with PPE usage and safety norms.

  • Report and document any incidents or near misses.

• Subcontractor Management

  • Supervise subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality benchmarks.

• Problem Resolution

  • Identify site issues proactively and coordinate with engineers/design teams for technical clarifications.
