Manufacturing Site Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure timely project execution, and maintain quality and safety standards at HVAC project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work at project sites.

• Manage and monitor labor, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure timely completion.

• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.

• Maintain site records including attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports.

• Coordinate with project engineers, procurement teams, and clients for smooth execution.

• Resolve site issues or escalate to the Project Manager when necessary.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
