Job Description

Production Trainee – Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in daily production activities on shop floor
Support machine operators in setting, loading & unloading materials
Monitor production process to ensure quality standards are maintained
Follow SOP, Work Instructions & Safety guidelines
Maintain production records & reports
Assist in 5S activities and housekeeping
Support in basic quality inspection (visual check, measurement tools)
Learn and understand production planning & process flow
Coordinate with Maintenance & Quality teams when required
Ensure minimum rejection and wastage control
