Job Title: Sample Maker – Printing & Packaging
Location: A -44, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase I, Delhi -110028.
Department: Production / Sampling
Reporting to: Production Head / HR
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Regular Overtime Available)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a Skilled Sample Maker with hands-on experience in the printing and packaging industry to create physical samples of various types of boxes and bags as per client requirements and internal development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making samples of hardboard boxes (rigid boxes, gift boxes, etc.)

• Creating locking/interlock type boxes for product packaging

• Making corrugated box samples in different sizes and die-cut formats

• Preparing samples for carry bags, bread bags, and other custom bags

• Understanding technical drawings, dielines, and sample mock-ups

• Working closely with the designing and production teams to finalize development

• Ensuring quality, finishing, and measurements are as per specifications

• Maintaining the sample area and managing tools, materials, and sample inventory

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in the printing & packaging industry

• Hands-on experience in sample making using Cappa, Acrylic, or manual tools

• Should know manual cutting, creasing, folding, pasting, and finishing techniques

• Knowledge of box styles, materials, and printing methods is an advantage

• Should be detail-oriented, punctual, and a team player

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and with regular overtime
