Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team Inventronics SSL India Pvt.Ltd. The role involves 3–5 years in electronics manufacturing, specifically SMT and final assembly. This position offers an in-hand salary of 4 to 5 LPA and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish NPI production lines at CM s sites
Tooling & Equipment: Procure, install, and qualify production jigs, fixtures, and SMT/assembly equipment
NPI Builds: Lead prototype, pilot, and pre-production builds, managing the transition from engineering to production
Quality Control: Lead PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and solve issues using RCA (Root Cause Analysis) during builds. Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Drive CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management.
Knowledge of PPAP documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP etc.
Customer Interaction with new & existing Products
Must have the SMT to BOX build production Process knowledge

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in Electronics and 4 to 5 Years in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
