Job Description

We are looking for an Maintenance Technician to join our team at BCB Private Limited. The role involves electrical maintenance of biomass pellet machinery, manpower handling, some production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose, repair, and maintain motors, VFDs, panels, MCC/PLC systems, conveyors, and related equipment with routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
Power & Control Systems: Install, test, and troubleshoot 3‑phase power circuits, control wiring, sensors, VFDs/soft starters, and basic PLC/HMI logic.
Shutdown & Overhaul Support: Assist in equipment overhauls, protection system testing, and fault rectification during planned shutdowns.
Continuous Improvement & Energy Efficiency: Drive Kaizen/5S initiatives, conduct RCA/FMEA, suggest automation and safety improvements, and support energy‑saving projects.
Safety, Compliance & Documentation: Enforce electrical safety and LOTO practices, maintain earthing/lightning systems, and keep accurate maintenance and audit records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI / Diploma in Fitter / Electrical Trade. and 1-5 years in manufacturing or a related field.
