Manufacturing Machine Supervisor

Wellversed is looking for a Machine Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Wellversed Health Private Limited. The role involves assembling, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery—particularly milling machines and filling machines—to ensure they function smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assemble and build industrial machines
   Build and assemble machines including milling machines and filling machines as per technical and production requirements.

2. Inspect machines regularly
   Conduct routine inspections and identify mechanical, electrical, or operational issues.

3. Perform on-site repairs and adjustments
   Repair and adjust machines to ensure safe and efficient machine operations.

4. Troubleshoot machine breakdowns
   Diagnose and resolve issues related to machinery breakdowns or malfunction reports.

5. Conduct preventive maintenance
   Perform routine maintenance activities such as lubrication, calibration, and system checks to avoid downtime.

6. Replace worn-out or defective parts
   Refill fluids and replace damaged or worn-out components of machines when required.

7. Maintain machine components
   Ensure proper operation of milling heads, cutting tools, augers, pistons, valves, and filling nozzles.

8. Guide machine operators
   Instruct machine operators on daily maintenance practices and preventive care.

9. Maintain maintenance records
   Keep accurate and timely records of maintenance work, breakdowns, and repairs.

10. Coordinate with other departments
    Work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
    

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Qualification: Graduate
   Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical will be preferred.

2. 1–2 years of hands-on experience
   Experience in machine maintenance in a manufacturing setup.

3. Knowledge of industrial machinery
   Strong understanding of milling machines, filling machines, and other industrial equipment.

4. Ability to read technical diagrams
   Capable of understanding blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.

5. Proficiency in maintenance tools
   Experience using tools like screwdrivers, hammers, spanners, and measuring instruments.

6. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
   Basic understanding of motors, sensors, wiring, and mechanical components.

7. Good communication and documentation skills
