Machine Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Management

   • Plan, organize, and supervise moulding operations to achieve daily production targets.

   • Ensure proper machine setting and parameter control as per product requirements.

   • Monitor cycle times, output, and scrap levels, taking corrective actions as needed.

2. Quality Control

   • Conduct in-process inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.

   • Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspection reports and corrective measures.

   • Ensure defect-free products as per customer specifications.

3. Machine & Mould Maintenance

   • Ensure timely preventive maintenance of machines and moulds.

   • Report breakdowns to the maintenance team and follow up on repairs.

   • Maintain machine history records.

4. Team Management

   • Supervise and guide operators, setters, and helpers in their daily tasks.

   • Train new team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.

   • Manage shift schedules and manpower allocation.

5. Safety & Compliance

   • Enforce safety rules and ensure PPE usage on the shop floor.

   • Maintain a clean and organized working environment as per 5S standards.

   • Comply with ISO and other audit requirements.

6. Reporting & Documentation

   • Maintain production records, shift reports, and downtime analysis.

   • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management
