Job Description

• 8–15+ years experience operating steel coil slitting lines • Experience with CRCA, GP/GI, GPSP, HRPO or similar flat steel products • Expertise in knife setup, spacer arrangement and slit width calculations • Ability to achieve tight width tolerances and burr control • Experience handling coils up to 25 MT • Knowledge of recoiling quality, camber control, edge quality and tension settings • Ability to train operators and manage shift production • Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical issues preferred
