Roles &Responsibilities:

Supervise injection moulding production activities

Manage machine operators and production staff

Ensure daily production targets are achieved

Monitor product quality and reduce rejection rates

Handle mould changing, machine settings, and troubleshooting

Maintain production reports and shift records

Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
