• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and SOPs.

• Monitor equipment performance and initiate preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

• Maintain accurate records of production data, material usage, and wastage.

• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Supervise and guide production staff, ensuring proper training and compliance.
