Key Responsibilities:

Operate winding machines for capacitor production as per prescribed specifications.
Set and adjust machine parameters according to the required capacitor size and specifications.
Load and handle aluminium foil, dielectric film, and other raw materials properly.
Ensure correct winding tension, alignment, dimensions, and layer formation.
Monitor the winding process and identify defects such as wrinkles, misalignment, loose winding, or material damage.
Conduct basic in-process quality checks and ensure products meet required standards.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and material consumption records.
Carry out basic cleaning and routine maintenance of the winding machine.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
