Job Overview:

TDPL is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to operate and maintain a kneader machine used in the rubber industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with rubber processing machinery, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining temperature control, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the kneader machine efficiently and safely.

• Monitor and maintain correct temperature settings during operations.

• Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs when required.

• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines strictly.

• Maintain production records and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the work area.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating kneader machines in the •rubber industry••.

• Knowledge of temperature monitoring and basic machine maintenance.

• Physically fit to handle 12-hour shifts.

Must be from •Bikaner or nearby areas••.

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
