Job Title: Laminator (Paper Lamination Operator)

Job Summary:
The Laminator is responsible for operating lamination machines to apply protective film or coating to paper products. This role ensures quality output, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate paper lamination machines according to product specifications.

• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to ensure consistent quality.

• Inspect laminated products for defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment.

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of lamination equipment.

• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures.

• Report any malfunctions or material issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with lamination machinery preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.

• Attention to detail and a focus on product quality.

• Willingness to work in a production environment and on rotating shifts, if required.
