Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Panel Saw Operator to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves cutting wood panels or boards accurately as per measurements using a panel saw machine. You must be able to read cutting lists and work safely and efficiently in a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate panel saw machines to cut plywood, MDF, and other sheet materials

• Read and understand cutting plans or work orders

• Measure and mark materials accurately before cutting

• Maintain machines and check for proper functioning

• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment

• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating a panel saw machine (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

• Ability to read measuring tapes and basic technical drawings

• Basic understanding of woodworking materials (MDF, plywood, etc.)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy boards

• Team player with a responsible attitude

Work Environment:

• Indoor factory setting

• Requires standing for long hours and lifting materials

• Safety gear (gloves, earplugs, masks) must be worn
