Machine Operator

• Operate and monitor assigned machines to ensure efficient production.

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, adjustments) before production.

• Load raw materials and ensure proper feeding of components.

• Conduct regular quality checks on output to meet specifications.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and report technical issues to the maintenance team.

• Maintain daily production logs and reports.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

• Assist in preventive maintenance and minor repairs of machines.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass in Mechanical / Electrical / Production or relevant field.

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing preferred (fresher can be considered with training).

• Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and measurement instruments.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

• Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork.

Work Conditions:

• Shift-based work (Rotational shift as per schedule).

• Factory floor environment (noise, machinery, PPE mandatory)
