VMC Machine Operator

•        Operator will work with computer numeric control (CNC) machines to cut, shape, and form metal parts according to engineering blueprints and specifications.

•        Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading Job, setting up machines, adjusting machine tools, performing quality checks, and ensuring smooth manufacturing.

•        Should be familiar with operating both VMC and CNC Turning center.

•        Must have worked on DMG Mori / Ace Micromatic VMC & CNC turn Centers / machines with Fanuc0i CNC controllers.

•        Receive, understand and update program revisions on the shop floor and assist in the manufacturing and upkeep of work holding fixtures.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
