Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Operate Horizontal Boring Mill machines as per drawings and job instructions
Set up large and heavy workpieces, tools, and fixtures accurately
Perform boring, drilling, facing, tapping, and alignment operations
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerances
Measure and inspect components using precision instruments
Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish
Follow safety norms, PPE, and 5S practices
Carry out routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with Production Engineer and Quality team

Skills Required

Hands-on experience with Horizontal Boring Mill (Manual / CNC)
Good knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
Ability to handle large components confidently
Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
