Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Xerox Machine Operator to operate and maintain photocopy, printing, scanning, and document finishing equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality document reproduction, meet production deadlines, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining equipment in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Xerox and other multifunction printers, copiers, and scanners.
Print, photocopy, scan, and reproduce documents according to customer or organizational requirements.
Set up machines for various paper sizes, print quality, duplex printing, and finishing options.
Perform basic maintenance, including cleaning machines, replacing toner, and loading paper.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults to the service team.
Ensure print quality meets customer specifications.
Organize, sort, bind, laminate, staple, and package completed documents.
Maintain inventory of paper, toner, and other printing supplies.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Keep records of print jobs, machine usage, and completed orders.
