Job Title: Machine Operator (Tablet Manufacturing / Packaging)

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and skilled Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in Tablet Compression (Punching), Tablet Coating, Blister/Alu-Alu/Strip/Pouch Packaging Machines, or as Maintenance Engineers in similar operations. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, troubleshooting, cleaning, changeover, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Tablet Compression Machines (e.g., Cadmach, Korsch, Fette, Sejong).

• Operate Tablet Coating Machines (e.g., Gansons, Accela Cota, Glatt).

• Operate and maintain Blister / Alu-Alu / Strip / Pouch Packing Machines (e.g., CAM, IMA, Uhlmann, ACG Pampac, Multivac).

• Perform machine cleaning, changeover, and set-up as per SOPs.

• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and assist the engineering team in troubleshooting.

• Maintain batch manufacturing records and logbooks.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and hygiene standards during production.

• Communicate effectively with QA, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in any of the following areas:

• Tablet Compression / Punching

• Tablet Coating

• Blister / Alu-Alu / Strip / Pouch Packaging

• Machine Maintenance in a pharmaceutical/FMCG setup

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
