Salary Structure (12 Hours, 26 Days Duty):

Role / Experience Basic Salary (8 Hrs) HRA Conveyance Attendance Award OT (3.5 hrs, 26 days)

Total Salary In-Hand Salary

10th / 12th Pass= ₹17,879

ITI Pass =₹18,253

MIG Welder (2 Yrs Exp.) = ₹26,961

Electrician Crane Driver (1 Yr Exp.)=₹23,260

Die Setter (2 Yrs Exp.)=₹25,840

Operator (2 Yrs Exp.)=₹23,260

Deductions:

• PF @12% on Minimum Wages – ₹1,517

• ESIC – ₹95

• Lunch (1 Time) – ₹650

• Profession Tax – ₹200
