Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines efficiently and safely during production shifts
• Ensure accurate filling, sealing, labeling, and packing operations
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic machine adjustments
• Monitor machine performance, output, and packaging quality to minimize downtime and wastage
• Conduct routine checks for sealing quality and packaging standards
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams during machine breakdowns
• Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports
• Follow SOPs, safety practices, and hygiene standards at all times
• Support packaging, warehouse, and dispatch coordination when required
