Job Description

Job Description:Operate hydraulic press machines used in the manufacturing of brake linings.Set up machines as per production requirements, including molds, dies, and pressure settings.Load raw materials and unload finished brake lining products safely and accurately.Monitor machine operations to ensure correct pressure, temperature, and cycle time.Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, and defects as per standards.Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance of machines.Follow safety guidelines, PPE usage, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Record production data, downtime, and defects in daily production logs.Report machine malfunctions, abnormalities, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
