Machine Operator

We are looking for Machine Operators to work in our copper manufacturing plant. Candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machines used in smelting, casting, rolling, and wire drawing operations. ITI Freshers are welcome to apply, training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machines (rolling mills, casting machines, drawing machines, furnaces, etc.) as per SOP.

Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth running during production.

Assist in loading/unloading raw material and finished goods.

Conduct basic checks & cleaning of machines before and after use.

Report any abnormalities, breakdowns, or defects to the supervisor/maintenance team.

Follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and company guidelines at all times.

Maintain daily production and machine log sheets.

Support preventive maintenance activities when required.

Qualifications:

Education: ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Mechanical, or equivalent trade).

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years in manufacturing or production.
