Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bending Machine Operator to join our Production team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining bending machines, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring quality production as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain bending machines efficiently.

Prepare items as per bending drawings and production requirements.

Inspect produced components for accuracy and quality.

Prepare and maintain production-related documents.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth production flow.

Visit vendors and client locations when required.

Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of bending machine operations and maintenance (Delum Control preferred).

Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as:

Vernier Caliper

Micrometer

Measuring Tape

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.

Problem-solving and quality-focused approach.

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Good teamwork and coordination skills.
