Job Description

We are hiring Teleoperators to operate and assist in controlling real robots using VR headsets and motion-capture equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate VR headsets and motion-capture equipment.
Assist in controlling and training robots at operational sites.
Perform assigned tasks such as picking, placing, and handling objects.
Follow prescribed operational instructions.
Monitor equipment and report technical or task-related issues.
Maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive activities.

Shift Details

Three shifts of 8 hours each.
Operations planned to run 24 hours a day.
Actual shift allocation will be confirmed after approval.

Candidate Requirements

Comfortable working at an operational site.
Willing to perform standing, movement, and repetitive tasks.
Good attention to detail and patience.
Comfortable using VR equipment and following instructions.
Willing to attend online assessments, face-to-face interviews, and practical training.
Robotics or coding experience is not mandatory as per the current recruiter briefing.
Final educational eligibility is subject to client approval.
