As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for learning and implementing the crane manufacturing process, from inception to completion.

Job Responsibilities –

1)       Work closely with manager to implement standard production processes

2)       Identify and secure necessary resources to complete the project

3)       Machine raw material into components and sub-components of a crane using AutoCAD drawing specifications and high-end machines

4)       Own assembly of sub-components into main components and main components to the crane

5)       Learn the crane manufacturing process, including cutting, welding, grinding, grilling, machining, fabrication, assembly, testing and painting

6)       Optimize the manufacturing process to enable repeatable, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing

7)       Provide precise feedback to manager in case of issues

8)       Learn “why” we do what we do and how to operate various machines

9)       Own the dispatch of crane to client

Requirements –

1)       BE or diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial engineering. Anyone with a fire and passion to learn, and for manufacturing, will be considered too, on a case-by-case basis

2)       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

3)       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4)       Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts

5)       Attention to detail and organized
