Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate and maintain machinery used in the production of solar panels/modules. The candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor solar manufacturing machines such as:

• Stringer machines

• Laminators

• EL (Electroluminescence) testing machines

• Tabber & stringer machines

• Set up machines before production runs (calibration, alignment, adjustments)

• Ensure smooth production flow and meet daily/shift production targets

• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of machines

• Maintain quality standards and minimize defects in solar modules

• Record production data, machine logs, and downtime reports
