Machine Operator

• Knowledge of CNC operating cycles.

• Measuring instruments handling.

• Basic machine maintenance.
  Prepare CNC machine for production by setting tools, offsets, and programs.

• Adjust tool parameters, feeds, and speeds for accurate machining.

• Perform first-piece inspection and ensure job accuracy.

• Troubleshoot machining problems and support operators.

• Maintain tool life and update tool change logs.
  VMC tooling, fixture setting, offset knowledge.

• Strong understanding of machining parameters.
  Setup VTL machine with correct tools, jaws, and fixtures.

• Set tool offsets and adjust machining parameters.

• Perform trial turning and quality inspection.

• Solve machining and vibration issues to ensure accuracy.
