Knowledge of CNC operating cycles.
Measuring instruments handling.
Basic machine maintenance.
Prepare CNC machine for production by setting tools, offsets, and programs.
Adjust tool parameters, feeds, and speeds for accurate machining.
Perform first-piece inspection and ensure job accuracy.
Troubleshoot machining problems and support operators.
Maintain tool life and update tool change logs.
VMC tooling, fixture setting, offset knowledge.
Strong understanding of machining parameters.
Setup VTL machine with correct tools, jaws, and fixtures.
Set tool offsets and adjust machining parameters.
Perform trial turning and quality inspection.
Solve machining and vibration issues to ensure accuracy.
