Machine Operator

Company Overview:
Join Surya Water Enviro & Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a leading company in wastewater treatment solutions. We are currently hiring dedicated Plant Operators who can manage and operate Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain STP, WTP, and ETP systems.

• Ensure smooth functioning of MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor), MBR (Membrane Bioreactor), and UF (Ultrafiltration) units.

• Maintain and control system parameters, flow rates, and dosing of chemicals.

• Perform routine checks, cleaning, backwashing, and troubleshooting.

• Record daily logbooks, readings, and plant performance reports.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for any technical issues or repairs.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and environmental protocols during plant operations.

• Assist in handling emergency situations or shutdowns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operating STP/WTP/ETP plants.

• Knowledge of MBBR, MBR, and UF technologies is mandatory.

• ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.

• Should be able to work independently and handle daily operations.

• Basic knowledge of water quality parameters and lab testing is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
