Job Description:
SSP Switch Gear Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Power Press Operator to oversee operations at our Tirupati site equipped with 4 nos. of 50-ton and 1 no. of 30-ton power press machines. The candidate will be responsible not only for machine operation but also for coordinating a workforce of around 25 employees, ensuring smooth production activities, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and supervise 50-ton and 30-ton power press machines.

• Coordinate and guide a team of ~25 employees for daily production tasks.

• Maintain employee attendance, daily work sheets, and job cards.

• Ensure proper machine setup, die alignment, and safe operation.

• Monitor production quality and output as per company standards.

• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline.

• Report production status and machine issues to management.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
