Job Description

The Spray Dryer Plant Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the spray drying process to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production as per company standards. The role includes starting and stopping equipment, monitoring process parameters, maintaining production records, performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and safety requirements, and coordinating with Quality and Maintenance departments to achieve production targets with minimum downtime and product loss. The operator is also responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards, reporting any process deviations, and following all company SOPs and safety procedures.
