Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Can stop & start the machine by operating switches.

2. Ensure start-up check sheet is available (Job card, PQCC, X-bar chart if applicable).

3. Know loading & unloading points on the machine & process. Understand process work instruction displayed.

4. Know tools required (Allen key, spanners, dies, fixture, etc.) & PPEs required for process & inspection gauges as per work instruction.

5. Know NC parts, understand NC parts handling & disposal (red, yellow bin).

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

1. स्विच ऑपरेट करके मशीन को चालू और बंद कर सकते हैं।

2. स्टार्ट-अप चेक शीट (जॉब कार्ड, PQCC, X-बार चार्ट यदि लागू हो) उपलब्ध होनी चाहिए।

3. मशीन और प्रक्रिया पर लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग पॉइंट्स की जानकारी होनी चाहिए। प्रक्रिया संबंधी कार्य निर्देशों की समझ होनी चाहिए।

4. आवश्यक उपकरणों (एलन की, स्पैनर, डाई, फिक्सचर आदि) और सुरक्षा उपकरणों (PPEs) की जानकारी होनी चाहिए, और निरीक्षण के लिए गेज का उपयोग कार्य निर्देशों के अनुसार करना आना चाहिए।

5. NC पार्ट्स की जानकारी होनी चाहिए, और उन्हें कैसे संभालना है व निस्तारण (रेड, येलो बिन) की प्रक्रिया समझनी चाहिए।
