Machine Operator

• Interpret Engineering Drawings – Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to set up CNC machines accurately.

• Machine Setup – Prepare and set CNC machines (lathe/milling) by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per the drawing requirements.

• Programming & Offsets – Input programs or make minor edits, apply tool offsets, and adjust machine parameters for precision machining.

• Quality Inspection – Measure and inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.

• Maintenance & Safety – Perform routine checks, maintain tools and machines in good condition, and follow all safety standards.

• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain production logs, record deviations, and communicate issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
