Job Description

Expert knowledge of Rubber Hand Lining techniques.
Capability to build high-thickness rubber linings on fabricated steel components.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, rubber lining layouts, and manufacturing specifications.
Knowledge of rubber sheet application, splicing, mangling /rolling, and air removal techniques.
Product trimming and finishing skills.
Basic knowledge of autoclave curing processes.
Ability to identify, analyse, and troubleshoot rubber hand lining defects and autoclave curing defects and implement corrective actions to achieve first-pass quality.
Familiarity with measuring instruments for thickness and dimensional verification.
Understanding of quality inspection requirements, defect acceptance criteria,5S, and safe work practices.
