Exp - Fresher to 5 years

• Set up and operate bending machines as per production requirements.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

• Select appropriate tools, dies, and machine settings for each job.

• Align and secure material properly to ensure accurate bends.

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.

• Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools (vernier caliper, angle protractor, etc.).

• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.

• Report any deviations, defects, or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Maintain production records and complete job documentation accurately.
