Machine Operator

Operate milling and grinding machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.

• Set up machines by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

• Perform precision machining operations to achieve required dimensions and surface finishes.

• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations and make necessary adjustments.

• Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

• Maintain proper documentation of production logs, inspection records, and machine maintenance reports.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Collaborate with the quality team to resolve any issues related to product quality.

• Continuously strive to improve machine efficiency and reduce production downtime.
