Machine Operator

• Operating and managing packaging machinery to ensure efficient production

• Inspecting packaged products to ensure conformance to specifications and eliminate faulty product handling

• Adjusting machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, and temperatures, and amounts, dimensions, and flow of materials or ingredients

• Monitoring machine operations and adjusting settings as required to maintain product quality and packaging efficiency

• Performing regular maintenance on packaging machines to ensure optimum work order

• Resolving equipment malfunctions utilizing basic troubleshooting and repair techniques

• Documenting production and operational data on specified forms

• Stocking and sorting product for packaging and filling machine operation, and replenishing packaging supplies

• Assisting in the product changeover process on the production line

• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of work areas to comply with health and safety regulations
