Eligibility:

Qualification: Diploma / ITI candidates from all trades (except Civil & Computer)

Age: 18 – 32 years

Gender: Male / Female

Must be able to read & write in Hindi/English

Work Details:

Nature of Work: Manufacturing (Air-Conditioning & Compressor Components)

Shift: Rotational (12 Hours – Day/Night)

Working Days: 26 Days / Month

Overtime: Paid as per company norms

Stipend & Benefits:

Stipend: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 (with OT pay)

Attendance Award: Up to ₹1000/month

Accommodation: ₹1000 per person (sharing basis)

Food: Subsidized canteen – ₹25 per meal (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Medical Facilities: Provided

Uniform & Safety Shoes: Provided by company
