• Operate assigned machines as per production plan and job instructions.

• Set machine parameters, load raw material, and ensure proper operation.

• Monitor machine functions and make minor adjustments during operation.

• Conduct basic quality checks on produced parts (dimensions, finish, defects).

• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and machine logs.

• Ensure machine cleanliness, lubrication, and basic maintenance.

• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times.

• Report machine faults, tool wear, or maintenance issues immediately.

• Support die/mold/tool changes when required.

• Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection.

• Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the work area.
